Her father was the former editor of The Olympian in Washington. Her father was the previous editor of the newspaper The Olympian in Washington. The passion she has for acting began as a little girl. She took acting classes and also dance training. She moved to LA after she dropped out of college in order to build a career in acting professionally. In 2009, she played the part as Alice McKee as she appeared in Blood: The Last Vampire, a fantasy-action film. In 2009 she made her TV debut, when she played the lead role in Kings. More recently she starred as a character in A Million Little Things - the show about a family drama - and 13 Reasons Why - starring in the lead role as well as supporting.
